The Tonelli collection of contemporary designer glass furniture renders thrilling, novel forms out of one of man’s oldest creations. New technologies empower Tonelli’'s designers to take the ancient material of glass in exciting new directions.

Tonelli contemporary designer glass furniture showcases the work of more than twenty-five masters of design, including Isao Hosoe, the famed creative duo D’urbino Lomazzi, whose work has been collected by New York’s Museum of Modern Art, and Karim Rashid, one of the most renowned industrial designers of his generation. The collection offers stunning glass furniture pieces for every room in the contemporary home. For the living room, there are glass coffee tables, glass consoles, glass credenzas and glass end tables; for the bedroom, glass bedside tables and glass shelving; and for the office, glass desks and glass bookcases. Tonelli also features exquisite mirrors, storage units and vases.

The choice to work in only material, rather than limiting the collection, has challenged its designers to develop their own unique visions without the help of superficial distinctions. Tonelli is therefore one of our most diverse collections, including a wide range of distinct styles. The Naked armchair, designed by Giovanni Garattoni, consists of an upholstered leather seat nested between two panels of transparent glass. The Elica table is supported by an incredible helix of rotating glass bars, made possible by a cutting-edge bonding agent that allows for nearly invisible seams. The Rosa del Deserto rests on a flower-like fold of frosted glass, while the Dekon has no stem at all, but rather folds in on itself to form a single angular loop.

Tonelli offers a range of glass options including transparent glass, extraclear glass, extra clear frosted glass, extraclear white lacquered glass, transparent black lacquered glass and smoked glass. Additional colors and custom sizes are available upon request.
