Charme & Colors Furniture

The Charme & Colors collection of classic Italian and French painted furniture draws inspiration from the masterful design of 17th and 18th Century France and Italy. Utilizing traditional craft techniques, this collection will become the 'antiques of tomorrow'.

Charme & Colors classic Italian painted furniture pieces are created by artisans in Veneto Italy, home to classic furniture making. Craftsmen utilize furniture making techniques refined in past centuries including classic dovetail and mortise joinery. The result is a furniture collection which will far outlive its factory-made counterparts and can be passed on to future generations.

The era that has inspired Charme & Colors saw many classically inspired looks, and, just so, this collection includes a wide variety of colorful styles. Even just among our painted console tables, we find pieces as different as the Aigu, a curvy console table in Persian green, with intricately carved accents and coupled with an optional mirror in the same style, and the Edera, an elegantly simple piece in white lacquered wood, with just a hint of the Aigu’s stylized curves. Our Floral occasional chair is in a distinctly French style, with a frame of gray Cherrywood and a back upholstered with a simple black circle in a silver field; the Althea armchair, by contrast, features a far more complex floral pattern against a white background.

Charme & Colors classic Italian and French painted furniture is built from environmentally sustainable European woods, notably cherry and Italian walnut. Every piece comes available in a choice of more than 31 lacquered colors inspired from the classic homes and splendid colors of classic European interiors. The Charme & Colors classic Italian and French painted collection are more than furniture; they are true works of art.
