The Vistosi collection of Murano Italian lighting is rooted in artisanal tradition and modern creativity. The combination of outstanding craftsmanship and timeless styles creates lighting designs that will be fashionable for generations to come.

The tradition of the Vistosi lighting collection reaches back to the 16th century, when ancestors of the Vistosi family began to make glass on the island of Murano, a part of Venice known for its beautiful glass products. This long tradition serves as a reference point for Vistosi’s current designers, but it certainly does not weigh them down. With bold designs and technological advancements, Vistosi continues to push the boundaries of Murano glass lighting, creating innovative products that provide thrilling illumination for the home.

Vistosi's designers draw inspiration from a range of sources that include modern formalism as well as classical elegance. First made in 1967, Giogali lamps shimmer as light reflects off of loops of handmade crystal glass that hang in interconnected columns or bunches. The Lio series, designed in 1972, is another modern classic. The simplicity of the Lio design showcases the beautiful, natural contours that are produced by layers of glass in each Murano lamp. The unique character of the Ecos series comes from the exquisite hues that its multicolored glass rings send around the room. With rings of alexandrite, Ecos lamps produce the remarkable effect of appearing to be different colors under different lighting conditions.

Versatility is a key component of Vistosi’s design philosophy, and its Murano lamps come in many different sizes, fixtures, and colors. This wide selection gives each Vistosi lamp an originality that makes it seem like it was designed for each individual.
